A Lifestyle Commercial Shoot In My Own House!

I’ve photographed for a number of businesses, but hosting the session at my own home was a first for me. With the coronavirus pandemic affecting literally every aspect of our lives, even photoshoots are changing. Moving this session to my home was a great way to get a variety of set ups while avoiding a crowded studio with a lot of families close together. And not only were we in my home, but my baby was part of the “talent” too. It was a hectic work day juggling multiple babies and set ups, all while on web ex with my client. But we got great shots, and I can’t wait to see my very own Thea and the adorable other models show up online and in stores! The product line is Ingenuity by Kids2 and I loved all the products I had the chance to photograph. Thea was obsessed with their sweet lovies (scroll to see).
The next day it looked like a group of babies had thrown a house party – instead of stepping over spilled beer and random clothes, I was tiptoeing around puffs and infant rompers and wipes. You know it’s been a good day when there’s an endless mess to pick up!
