Oh my gosh this session, I just couldn’t ask for more! As an Atlanta maternity photographer I have plenty of gorgeous lakes, creeks, and forests for backdrops, but to have a chance to have a session at the beach…oh it was just dreamy! This gorgeous maternity session was on the beautiful Amelia Island in sunny Florida. We had gorgeous skies, cotton candy clouds, and that magical bit of sea fog to add to the atmosphere. This mama-to-be was simply stunning and so was the rest of her family. Three little towheads and one more on the way – another girl too! That big brother is going to be a very patient husband some day. These cute kiddos were happy and easy going and really enjoyed their session. Not to mention their attire – this family is the perfect example of how to select and mix clothing when dressing your family for a session. Here are just a handful of my favorite images.
We’ll start with this seriously gorgeous mama. How beautiful is her pink maternity gown?? I love the way the pink of the dress pops against the greens and creams of the sand dunes.
These children were so adorable. Those dimples…melt my heart!
The gorgeous sunset and this wonderful family and location really made for a dream photography session! I’m looking forward to photographing more belly bumps this spring and summer and hopefully getting a chance to get back to the coast again!
