These beautiful sisters contacted me over the summer to schedule their maternity sessions together. We instantly connected over our love for California as we have all relocated from there to the east coast. And how sweet is it that they wanted to capture their pregnancies together?! I’ve always wished I had a sister and their session just confirmed how wonderful it must be. We met in Roswell on the perfect fall October evening. The leaves were just starting to turn the teeniest bit and the weather was a perfect 70 degrees. One of the sisters and her little family of three drove all the way down from Virginia for this session – a drive like that is not easy to do with a toddler! Certainly no pressure or anything! 😉
We started out with large group shots and moved throughout this gorgeous park (my favorite for Roswell maternity photography!) as the evening progressed. Consequently, we were able to capture multiple locations and types of light. And as a bonus, their husbands were great too – helping to get the kids to laugh and have fun. Having portraits taken isn’t always a favorite for many dads, but seriously, these guys were amazing. The cousins absolutely adored each other, so capturing their bond was a piece of cake.
