Peach Blossom Minis

If I had to name my favorite location where I’ve ever had the chance to hold sessions, it would be this magical spot north of Atlanta. I had my first round of Peach Blossom Minis this spring, and y’all, they made my heart SING. I’m talking full-blown-cheesy-love-song kind of singing. Row upon row of soft pink blossoms and beautiful green grass as far as the eye can see! These blossoms only last around two weeks in Mid-march and scheduling is tricky because the farm is never certain of the bloom date until we are pretty close to it. But like with anything amazing in life, it’s worth the extra work to make it happen!
It was a balmy 40 degrees (yes! in the start of spring!) at our 7:30 am start this past March. I dragged my own boys out too to capture some updated portraits of them and I styled them in spring colors but long pants and sweaters that would still keep them somewhat warm. As long as my boys will let me put them in straw hats and pink clothes, I plan to do it! Some of my clients had much less on but they were troopers all the same. I just know my own boys’ limits and what will result in a few happy moments.
This location is about an hour’s drive outside Atlanta and on a weekend morning it was a breeze!Contact me if you want to be added to my mailing list so you’re the first to know when these Peach blossom minis pop up again next year. Because I can promise you I will be heading back! Here are just a few of my favorites from my sessions.
