Atlanta Maternity Photography | Bumps, bellies, and skies
If I could make a wish-list for a perfect Atlanta maternity photography session, it would have:
- Laid-back, connected, beautiful couple
- Magical golden light
- An AMAZING sky
Give me 3 check marks for this one because it had it ALL! It also was unseasonably warm for December so I’ll take that as a bonus. We met outside of Atlanta in the burbs for our session at one of my favorite parks. Mama-to-be was glowing and dad was so funny and easy to work with. I’ve got a tendency of making a session plan and then jumping completely off of it over and over again throughout the session. I swear the light calls my name when I’m shooting, and this sweet couple went with the flow for all my “Wait! Let’s go over here!’s” throughout the shoot.
I love when my maternity clients wear flowy dresses because they photograph beautifully AND are comfy for mama and we all know how important that is when literally every part of your body hurts those last months. And white or light-colored clothing like this makes the subject pop perfectly- belly or not. Here are a handful of my favorites – the sky, am I right!?
